What Vroni is, and who is behind it.

Why I built it

I'm Vincent. I've been building software for more than fifteen years, including work on SaaS products, search platforms, and a fair number of codebases other people had given up on. I started working with AI models in the GPT-3 beta days and never stopped.

Somewhere along the way the tools got good enough that I stopped typing most of my code. What I still did by hand was everything around it: reading the codebase, running the checks, fixing what failed, and packaging the result so someone could review it. Vroni is that whole loop, running on its own, in your repository, and ending in a pull request.

I built it for my own client work first. Then I made it something you can sign up for.

How it is run

Vroni is deliberately small. There is no sales team and no support department. When you write to support, I read it and I answer it. When something breaks, I am the one fixing it. That is not a limitation I am apologizing for; it is how I want to run it.

Vroni is a tool you operate yourself. Each task runs in its own environment that is discarded afterwards, and the result goes into a branch in your repository. The details are in theprivacy policy.
