Founder-led AI software delivery
You work with me. I run Vroni. You get software shipped.
Vroni is a Software Delegate: an autonomous cloud-based AI system that takes on software tasks like a developer.
Send the product change, bug, internal tool, integration, or messy codebase problem. I use Vroni to turn it into working code, pull requests, deployment support, and follow-up changes.
I am Vincent Schmalbach, founder of Vroni and a senior full-stack developer. You get me as the technical owner: I clarify the request, run Vroni, review the result, and keep delivery moving until the software is ready to use. Start with one task, a flat-rate project, Vroni hours, or a monthly setup.
What I offer
- Founder-led delivery. You work with me as the technical owner for scope, decisions, communication, review, and delivery.
- Vroni as the delivery system. I run Vroni for planning, coding, checks, fixes, and pull requests.
- Flexible commercial setup. Start with one task, monthly delivery, a flat-rate project, or Vroni hours.
Personal proof
I have built software from both sides of the table.
I have shipped my own products, client projects, internal tools, AI systems, and production platforms. I know what happens after code is written: users, operations, deployment, support, and business constraints.
15+ years
full-stack development across SaaS, APIs, AI, automation, and business apps
100+ projects
software projects across client work, own products, startups, internal tools, and multiple stacks
Since 2021

How Vroni Concierge works
You talk to me. I run the delivery.
Vroni Concierge means I run Vroni for you. You send me the goal, I run Vroni on your work, review the result, and keep you updated.
1. Send the goal
A few sentences are enough
Send a ticket, spec, product brief, bug report, repo, demo, screenshot, or call notes. I ask follow-up questions when needed.
2. I run the delivery
Vroni does the heavy lifting
I inspect the codebase, choose the path, run Vroni through planning, coding, checks, and fixes, then review the result.
3. You get the result
Working code you can use
You get code, pull requests, deployment support, and follow-up changes. If you want adjustments, I keep the same context.
Project types
Software problems Vroni and I handle
The stack matters less than the outcome. This works best when there is a real product or business problem and you want one strong technical owner to move it forward.
SaaS and MVP builds
New features, first versions, billing flows, dashboards, admin tools, onboarding, and product workflows.
Internal tools and workflows
Back-office apps, reporting, automation, CRM workflows, approval flows, and custom operations software for day-to-day operations.
AI integrations
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI APIs, agents, content pipelines, search, classification, extraction, and automation.
Project rescue
Broken features, legacy code, failed handoffs, performance problems, flaky integrations, and unclear technical debt.
Web and mobile apps
Modern web stacks, APIs, TypeScript frontends, mobile app backends, React Native, Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin projects.
Data and automation
Scraping, imports, exports, third-party APIs, background jobs, queues, reporting, and repetitive business processes.
Why it is different
One senior contact. Vroni-powered delivery.
You get me as your senior technical contact, with Vroni running planning, implementation, checks, and follow-up.
That is the core of Vroni Concierge: I run Vroni for you, and I stay responsible for the result.
What happens inside the loop
- 01I turn rough product or business context into a clear technical path.
- 02Vroni uses AI coding agents and developer tools to implement it.
- 03I review the result, fix weak spots, and prepare it for you.
- 04Keep communication practical: decisions, tradeoffs, output, and next steps.
Best fit
- Companies with an existing app that needs features, fixes, cleanup, or integrations.
- Teams with more backlog than senior developer time.
- Agencies or operators that need reliable implementation capacity.
- Small businesses with a custom software need and no internal developer.
- Founders who need product progress before they hire a full team.
Better handled another way
- Large internal process roles where most value comes from meetings and documentation.
- Full-time employee roles that require joining every internal ritual and team workflow.
- Low-quality implementation where speed matters more than maintainability.
- Hardware or deep embedded systems.
About me
I am Vincent Schmalbach, the developer behind Vroni.
I am a Germany-based freelance full-stack developer, AI engineer, and founder with 15+ years of experience. My strongest public background is Laravel and PHP, and I also work across Python, Node.js, TypeScript, Vue, React, Next.js, mobile stacks, AI APIs, and infrastructure.
I launched my first online business at 19 and have worked on 100+ software projects across client work, my own products and startups, SaaS, ecommerce, marketplaces, internal automation, AI workflows, and production platforms.
Since 2021 I have worked full-time as a freelance developer. Vroni is the system I built to increase how much high-quality software I can deliver. Clients bring me into new builds, mature codebases, legacy upgrades, performance problems, messy integrations, AI features, and technical rescue projects where someone needs to take ownership.

FAQ
Is this freelancing or Vroni Concierge?
This is Vroni Concierge with founder-led delivery. You talk to me, I run Vroni for your work, and I stay responsible for the result.
How is founder-led Vroni Concierge different from normal freelancing?
Normal freelancing mostly buys one developer's active time, even when that developer uses AI tools. Founder-led Vroni Concierge gives you me as the technical owner plus Vroni running the task end to end. Vroni produces the implementation at scale; I steer delivery, make the technical calls, handle pull requests, and manage follow-ups. That gives you more output than my human hours alone could produce.
What can I send you to start?
A detailed spec helps when you have one. A rough product goal, bug report, demo, support note, screenshot, repo, or messy idea can also be enough. Part of the value is turning incomplete context into a clear first delivery.
Can you work in my existing codebase?
Yes. Existing codebases are usually the best fit. I can work through GitHub pull requests, inspect the current architecture, make focused changes, and help you deploy or iterate.
What kinds of projects fit this offer?
SaaS products, business apps, internal tools, AI features, integrations, performance work, upgrades, rescue projects, automation, dashboards, admin panels, APIs, billing flows, imports, reports, and data workflows.
Which stacks do you support?
My strongest background is Laravel and modern web apps, but this offer is broader: PHP, Ruby/Rails, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Vue, Next.js, mobile app work, AI APIs, data workflows, and integrations.
How do you use AI in the delivery?
Vroni is my delivery system. I use it to read codebases, plan changes, write code, run checks, debug failures, refactor, and prepare pull requests. I stay responsible for the technical decisions, quality, and communication.
Can you build AI features inside my product?
Yes. I have worked with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, custom agent workflows, extraction, research, content systems, translation, customer-facing AI features, and internal automation.
Can you help with older or messy systems?
Yes. I often work on mature products with history: old framework versions, business logic hidden in the code, slow queries, fragile jobs, awkward integrations, and deployment paths that need careful handling.
Can this start with one task?
Yes. A focused first task is often the best way to start. Send one useful change, bug, integration, or cleanup item. I turn that into a concrete first delivery and we continue from there if it works well.
Can this become ongoing delivery?
Yes. The setup can grow into monthly delivery, a managed Vroni Concierge plan, recurring product work, maintenance, feature delivery, or a steady technical partner role.
Can you work with my team?
Yes. I can work with founders, product people, agencies, CTOs, engineering teams, and operators. Communication stays practical: decisions, tradeoffs, output, and next steps.
What makes this setup different?
You get my senior technical ownership plus Vroni as the delivery system. That means one clear contact, stronger context, more implementation capacity, and a process built around getting usable software shipped.
What is your background?
I have 15+ years of software experience and have built online products since 2002: SaaS apps, marketplaces, ecommerce systems, data systems, automation tools, AI workflows, and client platforms. Since 2021 I have worked full-time as a freelance developer.
Can you help choose the technical path?
Yes. I can look at product, code, data, operations, and business constraints in the same conversation, then suggest the first useful move: feature build, rescue sprint, upgrade, AI feature, integration, or ongoing support.
What pricing options are available?
We can structure this as a focused first task, monthly capacity, a flat-rate project, Vroni hours, or a managed Concierge setup. Send me the problem, budget range if you have one, and timeline. I will suggest the simplest deal structure.
Email me the software problem you want handled.
A few sentences are enough for the first email. Tell me what you are building, what is stuck, and what a useful result would look like. I will suggest the simplest way to start.
