Not sure what to do with your software? Get a second opinion.
Vroni's founder, Vincent Schmalbach, reads your product and codebase, then tells you in writing what to fix now, what to build next, and what to skip: a prioritized plan plus a walkthrough call, within five business days.
The first inquiry is free. The paid review starts only after we confirm fit and you accept.
One fixed price
$525, or EUR 450 for European clients. Paid once, no hourly billing.
Five business days
Delivered after access and context are complete.
Clear or refunded
Within seven days.
Read-only access
Scoped to what you choose and revocable at any time.
What you get.
What you receive
- A short context intake covering the business, users, current problems, and intended outcomes
- Read-only review of the relevant repository and product surface
- Architecture and maintainability observations
- Performance, reliability, security, and delivery risks where visible
- Product and UX observations
- Realistic AI and automation opportunities
- A prioritized fix now / build next / reconsider later plan
- A recommended 90-day direction in a written decision memo
- One 60-90 minute walkthrough with Vroni's founder
What the review deliberately excludes
- No code changes
- No certification, penetration test, formal compliance audit, or legal opinion
- No guaranteed discovery of every defect
- No unlimited follow-up consulting
- No implementation hidden inside the review
It is a decision tool, not an audit certificate. The recommendation at the end follows the evidence: no further work, a fixed-price project, or the flat rate.
Free inquiry first, then the review.

Tell us what's unclear
The first inquiry is free. Describe the decisions or problems you need clarity on; a few honest paragraphs are enough. The paid review begins only after Vincent Schmalbach, Vroni's founder, confirms fit and you explicitly accept it.
- 2
We review, read-only
A short context intake, then a senior, AI-assisted review of your repository and product surface. Access is scoped to what you choose and revocable at any time.
- 3
You get the memo and a walkthrough
A written decision memo with the prioritized plan and a recommended 90-day direction, plus a Walkthrough call with Vincent, within five business days.
“Vincent does not just close tickets, he thinks through the product, the edge cases, and the customer impact.”
You keep the plan either way.
No further work
Sometimes the honest recommendation is to change nothing big. You keep the memo and the plan either way.
A fixed-price project
If the review reveals one bounded outcome, we can quote it as a fixed-price project.
More →Flat-rate development
If it reveals a continuing backlog, the flat rate picks the work up without repeating discovery.
More →Questions before you request a review.
Is this an audit?
No. It is a decision tool, not an audit certificate. There is no certification, no penetration test, no formal compliance audit, and no guaranteed discovery of every defect. You get senior judgment about what to do next, in writing.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to one product and, where applicable, its primary repository. Access is scoped to what you choose and revocable at any time. We ask for it only after fit and security expectations are clear.
What if the review misses?
Then you get your money back: if the review is not clear enough to act on, it is refunded within seven days of delivery.
Do I have to continue with Vroni afterwards?
No. The recommendation follows the evidence, even when that is no further work. You keep the memo and the plan and can act on them with anyone.
Get a second opinion first.
Tell us what decisions or problems you need clarity on. If the review is not the right tool, we will say so.
